我們像對待每一件飾品創作一樣，細心打包您的每一份訂單。

  • 製作與發貨時間： 現貨商品將於下單後 3–5 個工作天內寄出。手工訂製或預購商品則需 7–14 個工作天製作（不含公眾假期），感謝您的耐心等待。

  • 香港地區： 我們預設使用「順豐速運（SF Express）」寄出。香港客戶全店購物滿 HKD $600.00 即享本地免運費優惠；未滿指定金額，運費將收取定額 HKD $30.00（或於到付時由順豐收取）。

  • 澳門 / 台灣 / 中國地區： 我們預設使用「順豐速運（SF Express）」寄出。全店購物滿 HKD $1,200.00 即享免運費優惠；未滿指定金額，運費將收取定額 HKD $80.00（或於到付時由順豐收取）。請注意，目的地國家可能收取的關稅需由買家自行承擔。

  • 國際運送： 我們支援全球發貨（主要使用香港郵政 Hongkong Post e-Express）。國際運費及預估送達時間將於結帳頁面顯示。請注意，目的地國家可能收取的關稅需由買家自行承擔。

郵寄風險： 請注意，買家需自行承擔郵寄過程中的損壞或寄失風險。

Shipping Policy

We handle and pack every single order with the same devotion and care we put into creating our pieces.

  • Processing & Handcrafting Time: In-stock items will be dispatched within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order or backorder items require 7–14 business days for handcrafting (excluding public holidays). Thank you so much for your gentle patience.

  • Hong Kong Region: Orders are shipped via SF Express by default. We offer complimentary local shipping in Hong Kong for orders over HKD $600.00 For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of HKD $30.00 will apply (or shipped via SF Cash on Delivery).

  • Macau / Taiwan / Mainland China: Orders are shipped via SF Express by default. We offer complimentary shipping for orders over HKD $1,200.00 For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of HKD $80 will apply (or shipped via SF Cash on Delivery). Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide, primarily using Hongkong Post e-Express. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Shipping Risks: Please note that the buyer bears all risks of loss or damage during transit.
