退換貨政策

我們希望您會喜愛在 meraki design 挑選的每一件作品。基於珠寶的精緻性與個人衛生考量，我們的退換政策如下：

退換貨期限： 如收到商品後發現有非人為的嚴重瑕疵或寄錯商品，請於簽收起計 7 天內聯絡我們（附上照片），我們將盡快為您安排免費更換。

特殊商品限制： 基於衛生原因，耳環類商品不設退換。此外，天然珍珠、半寶石等材質，其天然的紋理、微小瑕疵及形狀差異均屬自然現象，不屬於瑕疵範圍。

退回條件： 申請退換的商品必須保持全新未佩戴狀態，並連同原裝禮盒、包裝袋及所有配件一併寄回。非瑕疵原因的退換貨（如個人喜好改變），不設退換服務。

如有任何爭議，meraki design 保留最終決定權。

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to adore every piece you choose from meraki design. Due to the delicate nature of fine jewelry and personal hygiene considerations, please review our policy below:

Return & Exchange Window: If you receive an item with manufacturing defects or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a complimentary replacement for you as soon as possible.

Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Furthermore, please kindly note that natural pearls, semi-precious gemstones, and organic materials inherently feature unique natural textures, minor growth marks, and shape variations. These are beautiful characteristics of nature and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Conditions for Returns: Items approved for replacement must be in their original, brand-new, and unworn condition, complete with the original gift box, packaging bags, and all included accessories. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences (e.g., change of mind). 

In case of any dispute, meraki design reserves the right of final decision.
